When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days for unframed prints, framed prints and stretched canvases can take 4-8 business days.

How will my order ship?
We ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. Most unframed prints ship USPS, most framed prints shop FedEx and most canvases ship UPS.

Do you ship internationally?
YES! Everything is available to ship internationally except framed prints. When you enter your address at check out your shipping should be calculated there for you. If your address is not accepted at checkout please contact us so we can manually calculate shipping to your address.
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties from your country.

My order was damaged during shipping, now what?
1. Take a photo of the package, we need this to file a claim with our shipper.
2. Email us the photos within 7 days.
3. We'll get going on making it right for you!

Where do your reviews come from?
I am also a 5-star seller on Etsy the reviews are a combination of both!

What is your return/refund policy?
First of all we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your new artwork, feel free to contact us at jg@jennygrayart.com with any concerns.We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or gift cards.
